8" round (serves 10-12) Part of our tea series Mille Crepe Cake, the Earl Grey Mille Crepe Cake combines a blend of black tea and oil of bergamot pastry cream tucked between 20 layers of crepes. Topped with a milk panna cotta and edible dried cornflowers.

8" round (serves 10-12 standard slices) 20 layers of Mille Crepe made with Jasmine Blossom tea. Complimented with Beechworth Honey resulting in a flavour of jasmine that is subtly sweet and fragrant. Finished with a jelly of edible flower petals.

8" round (serves 10 - 12 standard slices) Rich velvety Hazelnut Cream between 20 layers of chocolate crêpes. Topped with a decadent hazelnut ganache and finished with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
